says it nicely. Much as I admire those who only use free software, if
you plan to use Linux for more than a hobby, proprietary software is
often a necessity.

Flash, peripherals, wireless....for example, once again, the kernel has
shot itself in the foot, breaking the popular netbook wireless N card,
AR928x. Bug was filed awhile ago, and is being ignored.

One major problem with Linux, in many cases, is lack of accountabilty.

Interesting, if somewhat dated, read (26 pages--though some are quite
short.)
