Well, the Fedora team has brilliantly decided you have a 0 second time
out with grub. You can vote against this at
https://bugzilla.
Therefore, getting into grub can be tricky. You have to time it right
or you just go through the whole mess again. The whole NV driver thing
is a mess too, from what I understand, apparently it insists on loading
noveau, which frequently doesn't work, making it unbootable.
The recovery CD should work. You choose rescue. (I believe that's an
option--if it doesn't show as an option, then when they say hit tab for
options, do so, and at the end of the kernel line type rescue.)
Then, it will look as if it's doing a textmode install for a few minutes
and eventually, hopefully, tell you that it's mounted the Fedora system
under /sysimage or /mnt/sysimage or something. From there you should be
able to go into the system in shell and do what you have to do.
If you know what edits you need to make to grub, you can do that. (I
haven't been following the multiple NVidea threads on the forum, but if
you do a search--or even look at "Today's Posts," since it's a recurring
problem, hopefully, you can quickly find the solution.
