You can use Apache Mina framework which is a network communication framework. However you need to understand first how it works so that you can implement its methods to handle what you want.

Hello everyone

 

I have a problem regarding this definition of my project "GPS Tracking System"

in this project there is a GPS device which will be situated in the vehicles and it sends regularly message to the server as its location, i have to receive it from the server and manage the database, and i have to show it to the user in the graphical format using charts and google maps for location,

 

My question is

 

1. by which technology i can receive TCP packet sent by device? i know the IP and the port number of the device.

 

Please anyone has any idea how to doing it than reply me as soon as possible
