I am getting the same error message and yes, I have tried running ipkg update:

# wget --passive-ftp -q -P /tmp/ipkg-D7s4Cc http://ipkg.nslu2-linux.org/feeds/unslung/cross/php_5.2.13-1_armeb.ipk
wget: server returned error: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
However, I can browse and see the file in the repository using a browser ...
What's wrong?
