Fair enough.... It was a headliner and I found out more by visiting the
history of the threat, which is why the length of the post. Sifting
through the links makes the user more familiar with areas probably not
normally visited and an idea of perhaps some security tweaks. I had
mentioned AppArmor as an addition to 'case harden' Linux security and it
is now part of Ubuntu Linux. As far as Linux being a most secure
operating system - I agree not much to actually 'worry" about. Being a
Windows Vista user as well - I discovered off the bat that Vista with
UAC as one of their 'safest' systems released seems very much based off
of Linux and their root protection et al.
