I found an update for the gnome-network-admin package. It currently exist on my flash drive.

Questions:

1) Must it be downloaded into the machine as an update or can I simply double click on the icon and let the machine do what it knows to do?
2) If it must be added as an update, how do I tell the machine to take it off the flash drive and treat it as an update it?
