If you mention what program and how it was installed, it's much easier for
people to help.
Something like
On <linux_distro><version> I installed <program> using <method>. So, for
example,
On Fedora 19 I installed firefox using yum, or on Ubuntu 13.10 I installed
firefox with the package manager.
Then it becomes much easier for folks to help you.
