Honestly, Ubuntu 10.04 is pretty solid at this point. As with any OS,
and as has already been stated, there are bugs still, and those most
likely will be fixed by an update, either before release or after
release, depending on the bug.
It's kind of hard to just answer the question "what are the bugs"...
the answer to that is too complicated to really get into in a place
like this, especially once you understand that bug X is caused by
version y of program z and came about because library a was changed to
accomodate package c.
There are minor ones, and major ones, but for the most part, there are
only a few major ones left.
I've been running 10.04 for a while now (since Beta 1) and have yet to
suffer any major issues (and the minor ones I've noticed have usually
been fixed within a day or two by an updated package.
