I suspect that is not a verbatim transcript from your terminal. The exact text
is always helpful.

untrunc requires 2 video files.

- is untrunc itself in your current directory ("./untrunc" looks for it there
instead of via your $PATH)

- do both the files "okfile.mp4" and "broken-video.mp4" exist in the current
directory?

Finally, none of these tools perform magic. What kind of "destroyed" file do
you have? i.e. what happened to it?

Manu Linux distros come with a built-in firewall, which is zonealarm's strength, but a full-fledged antivirus is not usually necessary. For internet traffic, use Firefox and ad blockers.

However, rather than downloading directly as in Windows, get software from your distro's repositories and the built-in software retrieval.

Where did you see it? What was the message?
Sometime's it is a loose cable, sometimes a dying disk.
Checking hardware errors can be a real pain, it's best if you ask someone
near you to look. For example, you can try reseating cables connecting
disks and reseating memory and that might fix it. Or you can try replacing
each component one by one, which is why I say it's a real pain. If there
is more to the message, it might be useful.
