[Java] I need help about Struts

 

I am new in struts.
I created one application in which i want to insert a record of employee into table. I am using mysql as database and eclipse IDE.
When I run my application the first page will displayed successfully, but when i fill all the text boxes and click submit. the url changes up to this it will fine, but it shows me a blank page.
Even more when i insert a breakpoint to action form, the control doesn't reach at breakpoint also.
