Those are the big ones. There is also Banshee, Beagle, Blam, Diva, Miune, &
Second Life. I use Kubuntu which does not rely on Mono and it has excellent
applications that can replace most of the above. AmaroK instead of Banshee,
DigiKam instead of F-spot, Knotes instead of Tomboy (or Gnome's Gnote which
is an actual fork), aKgregator instead of Blam and kuK instead of Miune. KDE
has its own replacement for Beagle, but I don't use it so forget the name
and there are plasmas that replace Gnome-do. Of course these can run from
GNOME, except the plasmas.
If you try to remove Mono it will list the programmes that you have
installed that rely on it.
