I'd like to answer that question this way: My wife noticed she was not using Windows after 6 months using Linux. One morning she asked: "what version of Windows am I using?"
***That's the type of answer I like, for it means that Linux is just as easy to learn as Windows. In 1999 I bought my first computer, with W98 and I had learnt everything within a few months. I just like to figure out how things work, so that makes things easier. From what you guys tell me I probably can learn Linux even a lot faster, as now I do have computer experience. Sounds like the right choice for me.
