The problem will be solved when you write for (int j=0; j<9; j++)
in line for (int j=0; j<10; j++) because the index j not greter than 10
and you want to obtain temperature[
index j=11
note: the index begin from 0 , 1,2,.......

This works fine when i < 31 (always), j < 10 (always) and (j+1) < 10
(not always). When i and j are at the border condition, there is a problem:
if (temperature [31][9] < temperature [31][10])
Hence the ArrayOutOfBoundsExc
