A: why do you need both telnet and SSH on the same box?

C: SSH is installed and configured by default (unless you have some

www.ssh.org is a good place to start, as well as the man pages for ssh
and sshd (open a terminal and run 'man ssh' and 'man sshd')

If you need to be able to telnet to something like a router or other
such device, the telnet client is/should be already there... you open
a terminal and type 'telnet <hostname or IP>"

You question is very very vague, which may be due to a simple
translation error if you're not a native english speaker. Please
provide more details about WHAT exactly you are trying to configure.
