[LINUX_Newbies] Linux install from a floppy

 

And it isn't even that easy. This is a Toshiba Portege R100 that I can boot from a USB floppy but have to use the special Toshiba boot disk to get it to recognize the USB CDROM drive but then I am stuck at a DOS prompt with no way to boot into Linux. Any suggestions?
