[LINUX_Newbies] Asking

 

Guys,
need help,
I am using dual boot/vista n ubuntu10 / on my laptop. I had backtrack 4 bootable usb .
if I run backtrack from usb boot and I get crash,will it affecting my previous dual boot system????
need help.
