I have that issue downloaded as a 6.6 MB pdf file, got it in Dec. 2010. If you'd like me to email it to you, I think Yahoo has a 20 MB limit, so it should work. I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 on this computer, just in case you're curious.

Except for 21, they all worked for me too.
Note, though, that with some you must click on the caption beside the photo--where it says "English version"--because the screenshot is not clickable on those...and these are around the issues 4-7 group.
There is no doubt that issue 21 is a broken link, though.
