[LINUX_Newbies] cd rom drive

 

thank you for your continued help with my on going list questions an problems.I tried to install updates an got a message asking for cd rom drive.It asked for a new cdrom drive or one to be added.I can get the parts an all but wondering about if i should start building a new linux pc.
