I have installed SuSE 11.0, including the GNU Fortran. Now I miss some old packages from 6.x versions such as xmgr. How can I install them on my newly installed 11.

This is a guess, but I'd say it's a high probability that it will be included in one or the other. If the SDK includes the OpenMotif WM, then it will probably contain Fortran.
