Well i ended up using a transcoder for windows and ran it under wine. Only it kept the file name but striped it of the ID tags. So I ran MP3 tag (also for windows) and re tagged all of them and added cover art. So my library is all the same. ~190kb/s with (track#)-(tracktitle) as the name. Thanks anyway. MP3tag is defenitaly the most awsome program. It runs under wine with no problem. Very easy to add tags from amazon, musicbrainz, and some other place i don't remember.
