I do know
sudo cpulimit -e chrome -l 30
or
sudo cpulimit --pid 2775 --limit 10

The problem is

during using chrome
its opening many new tasks and I have to control every task with

sudo cpulimit --pid 2775 --limit 10.

Is there a more easy way to limit chrome?
