Do you use Mate, XFCE, or LXDE-core as your Gui?on this not sure the terms like i said iam new..RAM is good,,I do not know how to delete the cookies might help me there..

If your file system is a Linux file system most likely it auto-defrags at night when it's left on. Do you have at least a gigabyte or more of RAM? Do delete any cookies that might be ad-based and so calling home? There's probably more, but I can't recall right now. Do you use Mate, XFCE, or LXDE-core as your Gui?
