Hi,
You might be having trouble because you are using the cpulimit tool when
you start the program. Try running the program first then using cpulimit.....
nice midori 15
cpulimit -e midori -l 10
cpulimit /cputool send signals to the program to stop and start when it
exceeds the limit but the program might not process these signals. Which
is why the limit is ignored. The question is why is midori using so
much cpu time?
