Hi all i have a ati rage 128 16meg video card and cannot for the life of me get it to worki have downloaded two drivers that say they will work but being very new to linux i dont have a clue the files i down loaded are :xf86-video-r128-6.9.2.tar.gz & amd-driver-installer-catalyst-13-4-linux-x86.x86_64.zip any help would be most gratefully recivedcheers jim-----I think OpenSuse dropped 16 MB, too, it might be because they can't do 3-D? You can probably use them with Puppy Linux or with a server distro.Joan in Reno_._,_.___

I have an 80GB HDD with Linux Mint on a 40GB first partition, Kubuntu on a 34GB second partition and a 2GB swap partition.
I'm considering removing Mint and having only one partition with Kubuntu but I'm concerned about the effects of deleting the Mint partition and then modifying/extending the Kubuntu partition to fill the whole drive.
Thinking about using the KDE Partition Manager from a Kubuntu live DVD to do the repartitioning.
Am I asking for trouble?
Will repartitioning cause problems?
What happens with grub when that is done, is it adjusted automatically to recognize only one OS during the process?

Thanks to all for your input. I've got Dropbox running fine now after following advice on the Linux Mint forum. I downloaded the 32 bit .deb for ubuntu and installed it. After that I entered dropbox start -i in the terminal and I was good to go.
