As you still haven't told us which version of Linux you're using, it's a
little tricky, but generally, in grub2, there is an /etc/default/grub or
something similar. In there you should see a line DEFAULT=0 or maybe 1.

Figure out where Windows shows up in the menu, change that default line,
then run grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg (Unless it's a RedHat based
distribution, like Fedora, where you would use grub2) and it should choose Windows as its default.

The count starts at 0. So, count the number of possibilities in the grub2
menu when the machine boots up, and change the number to one less than its
appearance in the list--in other words, if it's the second listing, change
the DEFAULT= to a 1.
