No, because the information is stored in database files within the folder. Delete the whole midori folder or else the contents of the folder. If you have bookmarks you want to keep them you could drag the boomarks.db out to your desktop temporarily, restart midori to rebuild the files in the midori folder and then replace the new bookmarks.db with the old one.
