Torrents are small pieces of data. You download, and at the same time, you
share by uploading. Some ISPs block or slow bit torrents because they're
frequently used for pirating movies and the like.
You can also get the ISO without using torrents.
In case it's not yet clear (though from your earlier emails, it seems to be
clear) RedHat-7 is an old version of RedHat and the current RedHat-7 is
actually RedHat Enterprise Linux 7, more commonly written as RHEL-7, and is
very different.
