Examining the header of your email, which I am replying to here, I see:

X-Mailer: YahooMailClassic/10.1.11 YahooMailWebService/0.8.103.269680

This means that you are using the YahooMailClassic web interface, to

receive and send email.

Yahoo has a spam filter, but as with all spam filters, it is not

perfect. Sometimes it will inaccurately identify spam as Ok, and

sometimes it will inaccurately identify Ok email as spam.

There should be a control mechanism, that permits you, the user, to

'teach' the spam filter how to better identify spam/non-spam correctly,

by click on a button of some sort, to correct errors.

Unfortunately, this will never be 100% effective, because the spammers

are eternally improving their techniques, to get spam past the filters.

I would guess that most good spam filters 'get it right' around 99% of

the time.

Your email was misidentified as spam. No big deal. If this is the first

time you have seen this, count yourself either as very lucky, or as

someone who doesn't get much email.

There is an extremely high probability, that it will not be the last

time you see one of your emails in the spam file.

Thanks, I was thinking that someone designated it as spam. I didn't think that the filter sorted it independently. You were sort of correct, While I do receive quite a bit of Yahoo mail, I don't post much, therefore, it surprised me a little to see it as spam. Thanks again for you explanation.
