You are going to run into two problems, the ARM processor and low RAM (128
MBs). Only a handful of distros support the ARM and many of those require
more than 128 MBs. Your best bet is MeeGo which is the union of Moblin from
Intel and Nokia's OS. I am not sure of its status as it is still in
development.

You could also consider running Gentoo and compiling from source. Debian is
the best bet for mainline distros with a very lightweight desktop like
Openbox or LXDE.
