[LINUX_Newbies] Opening a terminal..?

 

Hi, thanks for the previous advice.

I wish to install PlayOnLinux in order to run MS Word. The instructions say to "open a terminal." How do I do this, please?

I've checked the FAQ and can't see a suggestion there.
