It has one. Me. This particular person has been a member for several
years. I don't have the time to moderate every single post, so a new
member stays on moderation until they seem legit. If that changes, I
can remove the person from the list. I think there's a good chance this
guy just got a spambot on his computer.
If somebody is spamming the list consistently and it's not being caught,
feel free to email me directly. Trust me, there's a lot of spam that is
getting caught before it ever makes it to the list.
