I see my mistake in answering.... I was referring to the cursor auto jumping to a form box on the page such as logging into email, web based email etc. The question was for the address bar. my mistake.

In Windows, this was achieved in the actual mouse settings in the Control Panel. You can try at that section in Linux. I do not believe that is a browser setting.
