Both Java and Flash are plugins, so it's not that unusual for a browser to
not work with them--especially some of the very minimalist browsers.

It seems to follow many standard browser keyboard shortcuts
Ctl+t opens a new tab, Ctl+w closes a tab, Ctl+tab moves between tabs.

It has a few other features which are nice. Hit f, as in follow and you
will see that all links have a number. Hit the number and it will go
follow that link. It has vi keyboard shortcuts. Hitting j will scroll the
page down, hitting k will scroll up, h will scroll left and l will scroll
right. If you're used to the vi editor, this is handy. It also uses gg to
get to the top of the page and shift+G to get to the bottom.

If dangerous, I'd start with dillo, but I think it doesn't even do
javascript. But, it might at least warn you.
