Aloha, Kele. I did not use the book myself, but remember looking through
it when a friend had it. While a lot of what they cover can be found here
and there online, it seemed nice to have all of the information in one
place. I dont know how useful it would actually be, but it can't hurt. :-)

If you do end up using it, please share the experience here.
