Hi,

Siduction is built from the unstable debian and has some 'cutting edge'
lastest releases of various packages, this does mean that occasionaly
things get broken. I would try installing, or using, a fallback desktop
enviroment. Siduction is currently using the very latest release of
gnome and this is causing some issues.

If you are using gnome try lxde or xfce or even kde.
