Thanks, Scott.  Having problems with windows 8 and drivers.  Kinda reminds me of windows vista.
Using Mint, but some of the windows programs won't run in wine.  Trying to decide wether to use to use virtualbox or put it on another partition.  Thanks again

A 64 bit system can run 32 bit systems.

You should have no problem with such an install.
