You have to restart your computer pressing F8 and you will get into the BIOS. In one of the BIOS menus there is an option that allows you to choose the boot device, it is disabled by default in Acer One. Enable it. Save the changes and exit. Plug in the USB stick and restart the computer pressing F12. Choose to boot from USB and that's it.
