Everything that you will need will be in the home folder under her user name, but make sure that you have hidden files showing when you select the files. Most settings will be in hidden folders that start with a period. Ctrl-H in the file manager (Alt-. in KDE) should do that. Make sure they are showing. Select them then copy then to the new drive. I would copy them and not move them until you are sure that everything is working, then delete them.
