Not really. /home/your-wife's-login should have everything unless ou're using
thelocal mail spool, in which case there might possibly be a
/var/spool/mail/your-wife's-login. If you're running a local IMAP _server_ on
the old box there may be mail data in its spool too.

But really, everything should be in /home.

Keep the old box live until her transition is complete.
