Just a few questions...
Is the MD5sum the same wrong value each time? If so, I think you can take the faulty MD5 sum
at face value; it is telling you that the file is corrupt. The file name is irrelevant, BTW; the MD5 sum
is calculated from the bytes of the file only.
One thing to check; is the file size anything like right? If you are downloading ISOs using
a browser then it is quite common for the download to be cut short without any error message.
