You may simply want to find an ISP that advertises Linux support. I just
typed in the following search terms to Yahoo Search and found a handful....

" ISP linux dial up support "

Indeed that they support Linux computers over their Dial Up, then they
would certainly have any of their ISP-specific settings you would need
to log on.
