Has xbill been ported to Windows? If anyone needs to play xbill it is Windows users!

My big thing now is playing a Quake 1 engine called DarkPlaces http://icculus.org/twilight/darkplaces/

and user modded maps like Quoth http://kell.quaddicted.com/ . Not that Windows users can't play this stuff but I don't do Windows. And I got it all working great in Linux.
